How to calculate end date using jira misc custom field add-on

Hi,

In our scenario,

1. We have a total number of days, which is a number field

2. And the start date, which is a date picker

3. I want to calculate the end date automatically by using the total number of days and start date custom fields using Jira Misc custom filed.
