How to configure the workflow transition with custom field conditions?

I am having the custom field "Environment", but the system field also available in the same name.

This custom field has been used in multiple projects. Now I could not change this.

Custom field only mapped with the project and I have configured the workflow transition with the field "Environment" {Environemnt} == "PROD". But its not working.

I have tried with the field id like {10705} == "PROD". But that also not working. 

Can I have support from any one?
