How can I configure this plugin to use with Confluence cloud?

If I had to guess it is this one: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/confluence-google-drive/cloud/overview Based on how the tag tends to be converted automatically by Community. Fortunately this is an Atlassian (Non labs) made app, and they provide support for it. Hi Aleksey,

I'm afraid the Community and Marketplace have not quite joined up how they need to refer to "apps"  ("apps" is the latest name for plug-ins and add-ons).

Could you tell us which one it is?  There are a lot of "google drive" "apps" in the marketplace, and the generated label here is not that helpful!
