How to create child(Sub) page in confluence automatically when the issue created in JIRA

Hello Team,

How to create child(Sub) page in confluence automatically when the issue created in JIRA using issue type.

Please suggest me. 

We have achieved that when we create the issue in JIRA then the page will create automatically in JIRA.

But now we are looking out for automated the child page creation in confluence -- when the user creates the issue in Jira using issue type.
