How to define the Status of the test case drop down.

Like Open,Pass,Fail, WIP.

We are using Zephyr.

Hi @VRaoballa

We have Zephyr Server, but I envisage the steps are similar. You'll need to be a Site Admin for this:

1. Select Jira Settings (cog icon in bottom-left) and press Apps
2. Choose Manage Apps from the left-hand navigation bar
3. In the left-hand menu there should now be options to "Customize Test Status" and "Customer Step Status", depending on which one you want to change
