How to detect project created with shared configuration?

I need to create a project from shared configuration in Jira, but in addition to this I need to copy the associated incidents (since a template project will be created). Is there a way to know in Jira what project the configuration is copied from, and if so, how can I verify it?

It is necessary to clarify that it is not the only template project that exists, we would like to meet this need through runner script, could someone guide me?
