How to disable ProForma analytics?

Running Jira Software DC, Jira Service Management, ProForma (full, in trial mode). (not the free version!)

  1. How do I disable the collection of analytics? 
  2. Where can I view what is currently collected?

Documentation only mentions it can be disabled, but doesn't show how to do so.

OK, don't bother to answer, after using the form editor for about 5mins it became pretty obvious this software is completely useless as it is lacking BASIC features which were used for advertisement!

As soon as we evaluated an alternative it will be uninstalled again.
