How to enable Testing Button (Xray) in side pannel?

Hi everyone,

I have made test sets within Jira project, made tests inside those test sets.
Based on my current knowledge, if I am inside a project that has Xray issues, the button Testing board will appear in the side pannel section.

Somehow that doesn't happen in my case. Any suggestions what is the cause, and what can I do to see that button?

It is necessary to have the Xray Test issue configure in the project.

If you already have this, please clear the cache of your browser.

I am still having ocasional issues regarding this topic. I will try what you suggested.
FYI, the Xray Test issue seems to be configured well AFAIK.
