How to find assets details using WiFi from discovery tool?

Now I got the data only from LAN connected devices. 

How to get all the system devices or mobile devices information which is connecting with WiFi using discovery tool.

Please give any suggestion how to get all assets information.

@Risikanta Pradhan ,

How are you scanning right now? Is this ip range based or are you using the agent?

If you are scanning the ip ranges you'll have to include range for your wifi as well i they are different ranges)
