How to fix Adaptavis/SmarBear Test Managementfor JIRA?

We need some help to fix Adaptavis/SmarBear Test Management for JIRA?

We had an incident last night with the backup procedure. We were able to restore JIRA database  and got JIRA up. However,  the Test Management (TM4J) project does not show the JIRA Projects. How can we fix it. We tried to uninstall and reinstall TM4J but it is not working.

Any help will be appreciated.
