Not sure if this has been asked, but I can't find it if it has.
I want to keep my documentation fresh, so I am manually running reports over Confluence and then sending emails to staff asking them to update their pages if they haven't been modified for more than a set period. Am I wasting my time because someone out there has built something that helps with this, or is it in Confluence and I can't find it?
Thanks.
Hi @Brad Evans,
I am not certain in this, but it might be possible with Script Runner for Confluence. I would imagine a CQL query has to be created to print the list of pages that were not edited in the certain period, and then a trigger that would email page authors.
This is how I would imagine it should work.

Thankyou Roman.
I will have a look at that, I was just being lazy and hoping that someone had done it. :).
Regards.
Brad.
