How to hide Time balance tab from certain users/groups?

Hi!

I'm trying to hide the tab showing the time spent by other users. Is there a way to do that?

We're also using TIme Reports (by Tempo). Adding a specific group to Auditors Groups does make any difference (however, it may refer only to the separate TimeReports menu).
