How to hide plus button for owned By in registration form in confiform

I have a problem, in confiform when a user wants to register a new record, I would like to hide the Owned By button. Could anyone help me?

I found it with javascript

Hi @Ashkan Malekly , 

This "plus" button is displayed to administrators only as the can save entries for others too. Non-adminn users do not see it.
