How to identify active users in Confluence with specific time

Hi, Is it possible to find the active users info in confluence who are logged in a specific time period. example: 01/07/2023 and 01/08/2023, We require only specific time when users logged in details. based on the total users logged in count, we are planning to purchase the  datacenter license.

Can some one suggest me how to do this activity.

I have access to confluence database and i can able to run the query's as well if any possibility from db side.
