How to index repository referecing IDs from migrated Bugzilla issues?

We have Jira projects recently migrated from Bugzila, so all our SVN commits reference Bugzilla IDs, not Jira ones (Those Bugzilla IDs are stored in External issue ID field of the migrated Jira issue).

How would it be possible to make the Subversion ALM index SVN commits by External issue ID values, in addition to Jira issue ID?

I have asked the same question in support, and received an answer that there is currently no way to link JIRA issues to the commit other than by using the Issue Key, and they couldn't determine any 3rd party solutions for this either. However, there is a similar request - https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-39349 - You could vote on it.
