How to know the rating submitted by each user?

Hello,

We are using the macro Ratings for Confluence to allow users to select 1 to 5 stars, like this:

We are interested to know if any user submitted a rating of 1 star, so we can investigate with him/her and understand the reason. That way we can improve the service/product.

Would it be possible to look up the ratings submitted by users? Maybe from the database?
