How to make the Wiki Editor for JIRA work?

We did install this addon in our Jira test environment. All 3 modules have been enabled.

We don't see a change in behaviour, when editing the description nor comments.

Jira version is 6.2.3, Chrome browser.

How to find a solution?

Are the fields using the wiki-style renderer?

Also, try to restart JIRA and browse the logs for errors related to this Add-on :)
