How to migrate the data I have in Teams Calendar add on server to Cloud

Hi! I have a Confluence instance in server that is going to be migrated to Cloud, it's using  Teams Calendar add on, I know in Confluence Cloud Premium, Teams Calendar has been added, I've been searching for a migration path of the info I have in those calendars and I haven't found any.
