How to raise a bug/defect from the test case?

I'm new to use XRAY and need some help. I would like to file a debug/bug jira right from failed test ticket. I do not see this option in my project view. What can me or my administrator do to enable this option?

Hello Mahendra Kondur,
As I known, you can create a bug from a test execution, not from a test.
