All available REST API calls are listed here https://docs.atlassian.com/software/jira/docs/api/REST/latest/Running integrity check requires some parameters which you must on screen. Manual for integrity check: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Using+the+Database+Integrity+Checker
