How to see replies to comments using Show Inline Comments in Editor add-in?

We are using the Show Inline Comments in Editor add-in, which is proving very effective. Unfortunately the add-in does not show the replies to inline comments.

Anyone know if there is a way of seeing the replies to comments too?
