How to serch ’Add user to group’ by not userID(ex user's Email)

In the environment,I cannot serch the user by not userID(ex user's Email)

・Confluence 6.15.2
・JIRA Software 8.0.2
・Delegated Group Management in Confluence 2.1
・Delegated Group Management in JIRA 2.0
’Add user to group’ can serch by username.

I want to user search by Many countries.(ex Korea)
They now use Confluence ,Jira by many user,and many coutries.So We want to be able to serch by Email address.

We ask 1 question
・Can 'Add User to group' search by email address?
If it is true ,plese tell me to how to search by email

As of now, there is no option for "Add User to group" to search by email id.

We have opened an improvement request DELGROUPS-104 with our development team to track the progress. As we made you the reporter of this request, you will be getting all future updates from the referred ticket. As release targets can change, we typically do not provide ETAs regarding these issues.
