How to set value in automation for jira for dynamic form select field during sub-task creation

I am creating a sub-task that has a dynamic form select list (Single) that I need to set a value for.  

I have tried using the advanced json fields and no value gets set on the sub-task.  I tried syntax:

10582 is the key for General Software.

"Software Type": {"value": "10582"}

and 

"Software Type": {"value": "General Software"}

Can someone help?
