I'm about to add 6000 users to JIRA using the JIRA SOAP API, using the CreateUser method. A couple of months ago when I did this with 1100 users, they all got the account creation email. I'd like to prevent this. Is there a way to supress the account creation email? The only way I can see to do this is to disable the mail server setting and then enable once I'm done. Surely there is an elegant way to do this.
