How to use Issue Collector on my JIRA instance?

I've installed and followed the instructions to create an Issue Collector for my internal tools project.

I'd now like to take the embed code and place it in my JIRA instance to help users report workflow and configuration issues.

What is the best file to edit in order to include the HTML Embed code?

Easiest thing to do would be to add the script in the announcement banner.

In an OnDemand environment, is there a way to add the generated script to a page? I cannot seem to figure it out to render properly vs just rendering the script text..

No, its not possible on onDemand. Embedding scripts are not supported.
