How to write test cases in zephyr for multiple browsers/multiple devices?

for example, I would like to write a test case and use the same steps for multiple browsers.

Should I write a test case for all browsers separately OR

Should I clone same steps with in the same test case and add browser names in the steps Or

is there any better solution.

The same question is applicable to multiple mobile devices.
