I am getting this error in my log file what does it mean?

Seems like something got wrong when trying to upgrade the jira-timesheet-plugin.

Rebuil the plugins can be a good thing:

To do that:

1) Stop JIRA
2) Clear the cache by deleting files inside the following directories:
<JIRA Installation>\work\
Plugins directory
<JIRA Home>\plugins\.bundled-plugins
<JIRA Home>\plugins\.osgi-plugins
<JIRA Home>\caches\indexes
3) Restart JIRA

so remove the timsheet plugin from the cache and let it rebuild it self?

remove the files in those directories caused internal errors when I log onto test so I put it back like it was so that didn't work
