I can't see the draw io diagram i just created on the published page

On creation my diagram was there in the edit modus and could be changed but it never showed on the published Confluence page although it is listed in the attachments and can be opened there.

Now when i change to edit modus it doesn't show either.

I created it again under a different name but the same thing happened.

It worked fine before. Then this failure occured for 2 days (i also tried a test diagram on another page). Since then i haven't been using draw.io, changed to gliffy.

This happens for all draw.io diagrams?
