I disabled Bigpicture trial and now cannot see stories, enhancement and Epics on JIRA board

we had created a scope definition with only the above, no bugs or tasks or subtasks

Currently i am able to see bugs and subtask but not other items. 

is this happening because of bigpicture disabling?
