I want write an automation to transition a issue to done status when linked issue transition

Issue A has linked issues A1, A2, A3, A4 when all these linked issues A1, A2,A3,A4 transition to close  Issue A also transition to closed status

You should be able to do that with Automation for Jira.

Thanks Jhon , I cound not find a use case where the A1,A2,A3,A4 are linked issues of any type not specifically subtask. Please let me know if there is a solution

It is not working for linked issues fro  other projects

You can use a Branch and select Linked Issues inside the branch.
