Icons don't appear on issue edit screen launched from Backlog view

When you select an issue in the backlog, and press e to bring up the edit dialog, the text options for the field appear but the icons do not. However, if you press the issue link to open it in a new window the field icons appear on the detail view and the edit dialog.
