Is there a way to pause or wait a certain number of hours before going on with the rest of an automation?

Hi Chad,

No, there is no way to currently delay executions. You could possibly create a second rule for that part and run it as a scheduled trigger? 

You can also vote for and follow the request for adding a delay in the automation rules.
