Incorrect data for "Date of First Response" field for cloned issues

Can't find a question here.... cloning an issue also clones (copies) its custom field data e.g. the timestamp of the first response. The creation date (time) represents the time you clone an issue... Maybe you should look for a plugin (like clone plus...) that delets the custom field data upon creation of the "clone" issue...

More specifically, Clone Plus Plugin for JIRA would allow you to configure it so the Date of first response field is never copied on the Clone plus operation.

We already have "Clone Plus Plugin". Do I need to disable any module?

Normally, this would be done by:

1. Removing the standard clone operation - see How to customize
2. Add fieldExcludes to your clone-plus.properties - see Clone properties
