Input field format problem using Mobile for Jira Service Desk Portal

Hi All,

for our customers we provide the Jira Service Desk Portal by the App Mobile in object.

The problem affects the behavior of the following input fields:

- Date picker

- Numeric

raising a request by the Mobile App.

In particular the alert form show the:

- date format should be 'd/MMM/yy' ...

- number (by decimal indicated with "." - dot) is not valid ...

Take in account that using the desktop web modality the problem doesn't happen and the input are inserted without alert.

Hi Francesco,

The app from the video is not an app that is built by Atlassian. You could raise this problem with the developers of the app you are using or alternatively try the official apps for Jira for iOS and Android.
