Interactive Gliffy diagram only works in Full screen mode

Hi All,

When I create an interactive diagram on my confluence page using layers with Gliffy, it doesn't work unless I click the "Full Screen" button in the top right corner of the diagram's frame. Any idea how to fix this? I've tried toggling all available settings but nothing seems to work.

My goal is to have buttons on the diagram turn on and off layers directly on the confluence page (not in Full screen mode for the diagram).

We've checked with our QA team and haven't been able to reproduce this issue. Would you mind emailing support@gliffy.com so that we can get more details about your environment + try to pinpoint the issue?
