Internet Explorer is not compatible with Ad hoc Workflow

Dear All,

We are using internet explorer 8 in our network. During the Ad hoc workflow implementation we have found that the workflow options are not avaibale like "Add Workflow". Is there any compatibility issue is there of Ad hoc workflow with internet explorer?

Is any fix is available for the same? Any help would be highly appriciated.
