Can someone please tell me if OpsGenie is really compatible with JIRA Service Desk cloud version?

Hi @Miroslav Preradovic ,

Yes! JSD (which is now JSM) cloud is compatible with Opsgenie. We have a few different ways of configuring JSM with Opsgenie through our older integration framework, and our newer integration framework.
