Does google docs plugin by appfusions support google form also? Can google forms be embedded into confluence 4.1 using this plugin?
Just watched a final development demo, with this new feature ("Embedded Google Forms") implemented.
Please check the 2.1.0 release, tomorrow here >>
https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.appfusions.confluence.google.confluence-google-docs
The release will also support 4.X (up to latest Confluence 4.3 release)!
Just to confirm - this has been posted and Forms are now supported!

Hi @CharlesH
Not sure how I missed this comment above - but just saw this now.
I have added to our backlog - maybe we can get this in over the next few weeks.
Thanks for the input - a more direct channel is info@appfusions.com.
Thanks again,
Ellen

Hello Kavita -
No, Google Forms is not supported at current.
The integration supports access, edits, and previews of Google Documents, Presentations, Spreadsheets, PDFs, and Drawings (and supported similar Office formats). Also embedded lists and navigation of those lists.
I have added a JIRA to our feature backlog, and we will be doing some updates this summer as well - sooo.. we'll see. Will update this record accordingly.
Curious - how urgent is Google Form in Confluence for you?
Best,
Ellen

Hi Ellen,
We need google forms to be supported on priority as its been used within our company widely. Could I know please why google forms are not supported if google docs are?

Kavita

Hi Kavita
Honestly, its never been requested - since the plugin has been out (Oct 2010).
Not that its not a valid request - it is.
Have you evaled the rest of the features - it does alot?
You can eval for free via the new Marketplace - it was just released there at:
https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.appfusions.confluence.google.confluence-google-docs
Please try it - and continue the sales discussion at info@appfusions.com
Best,
Ellen

Hmmm - well its really true - but also life is long, and its logged now.
If you want to buy the plugin, I will give you a date for the feature getting put it (within a month or likely less) - since you will be a driver to make it happen!
Otherwise, we do have a number of good updates to get into this and all our integrations this summer.
Lots of goodnesses to roll in!

+1 for Forms support.
Any company using GoogleDocs is likely to be using this, internally at least, instead of paying for another service like SurveyMonkey to deliver the same thing. Bringing the form into Confluence would be a great benefit.
