What I am looking for is buttons to appear only in P1 and P2 incidents for all the relevant Support teams.
These buttons will have the name of the support team on them and, when pressed, will talk to PagerDuty to tell it to call the person that is currently oncall for this support team.
Is this possible?

Why can't you have an automated process like creating a webhook and integrating that with pagerduty so that a call will get generated for any type of tickets whether its P0 or P1.
