When a certain ticket is created, I want it to take the file in the Attachment field and attach it to an outbound e-mail.
Currently, I'm using {{#issue.fields.Attachment}}{{content}}{{/issue.fields.Attachment}} which provides a download link, but I can't use this method because the Project will be restricted to certain users.
If not possible, are there any workarounds?
