Is it possible to auto-submit and auto-approve Tempo Timesheets?

Working on a Tempo Timesheets implementation and my user doesn't want Teams and Managers to be burdened with submitting and approving timesheets.  Has anyone automated this?  What tools did you use?  Rather not program outside and manipulate via API if possible.

I'm afraid this is currently not supported in Tempo products. We would be pleased to forward this as a feature request to our product managers. If you would like that, I ask you kindly to raise a ticket for it in the Tempo support channel. That is a good way for us to keep track of your requirements.
