Is it possible to edit the tab title color?

I have a deck of cards macro being used. Is it possible to target the font color in the tabs? They are currently blue and would like them to be white with a blue background. I have the background color how I want, but I am trying to find a way to edit the font color without targeting css. Is this possible?
