Is it possible to extend the number of options displayed using livesearch, from 5 to 10 or 15?

I am using the Livesearch macro on my page.

The maximum number of results displayed in the dropdown  is 5. To see more than 5 results, you have to select 'see more".  I'd like to show more option in the page without the user having to go to the search results page.

On cloud you can't do that. On server you could most likely place a script and a css block on the announcement banner to make this thing work, but I haven't tried it.
