Is it possible to use the AUI and ADG in Outside the Atlassian Ecosystem?

I love the AUI and ADG and am wondering if this is kosher with Atlassian.

I know that the AUI itself is BSD licensed and I am fairly sure that ADG being an set of concepts and rules isn't really licensable, but I haven't seen any guidance around using either outside of the Atlassian ecosystem.

Thanks for the feedback and question.

The ADG is copyrighted and can only be used with the Atlassian Ecosystem, ie our products, add-ons or when used with our APIs.
