Is there a way to add a custom section in a Review either in the Objectives or General Comments sections? or its own section?

I would like to be able to add a specific section I want on all of my code reviews.

It will be a chart of items to check for during the review.

Can you add a chart to a review when the review is created automatically?

We don't want to edit each review we just want it created when we create the review.

Maybe this can be done by adding a new section like the Objectives or Genral comments?

Anybody have any ideas?

Since it wasn't present, what was done was to set the default review objectives containing the data what you needed (chart of items to check). So all new reviews contains this data by default.
