Is there a way to automatically transition a task status based on the progress of subtasks (% Done)

Using the JMWE is there any way to automatically transition the status of a task based on the status and completion of sub tasks. 

The sub tasks completion status I am referencing is the % Done and progress bar displayed above the linked sub tasks in a tasks ticket.
