Is there a way to display duration in days as a column in the gantt view in Big Picture?

We have Big Picture and would like to find the duration in days and display that as a column in the gantt view. We are not using estimates - we only have start/end dates. Is there a way to generate a duration based on start/end and taking into account weekends/holidays?

Example:

start date - 4/27

end date - 4/30

duration - 2 days
