Is there a way to stop ticket from closing if the Check list for Jira is completed?

Hello,

I am trying out the Check List for Jira.  I am in the process of configuring it.  Does anyone know if there is a way to stop users from closing the ticket if the list is not all checked (completed)?  I would like the user to check the list that all tasks are completed before the ticket can be closed.  Thanks.
