We have a Greenhopper board set up.

In the Agile / Plan view in the Backlog section the issue numbers randomly show up with strikethrough.

They are all at Resolution status Incomplete and Status Open.

Observed behavious:

https://bcdigital.atlassian.net/secure/RapidBoard.jspa?rapidView=1&view=planning&selectedIssue=SOLAS-130#

strikethrough

https://bcdigital.atlassian.net/secure/RapidBoard.jspa?rapidView=1&view=planning&selectedIssue=SOLAS-121

no strikethrough

Expected behaviour: only issues marked as status Closed show with strikethrough. Resolution status Incomplete never shows with strikethrough.

Neither 130 or 121 should have strikethrough.

It's not random, it's working properly.

You have set a resolution on the ones that are struck out. That is what it is supposed to do.

The status of an issue is completely irrelevant to the strike-through, it is done purely on the resolution.

The fix for this is to modify your workflow so that it sets (or demands from the user) a resolution as you go into the status where an issue should be struck out, and clear it on the way to status where it should be clear.

(Personally, I don't actually like this behaviour - I don't think the question "is it done with" should be answered with the resolution field. But that's for Atlassian to talk about, and it's not going to help much here)

As an aside, please, don't say "resolution status", it confuses the issue, the fields are "status" and "resolution".
