I'm using JIRA salesforce connector to integrate JIRA with Salesforce appli.
I'm trying to map JIRA inbound status so that when status in salesforce case is "Dev" then a JIRA custom field will be set to "False" and then it updates the related JIRA issue status to "Open".
I have done the configuration below in "issue fast track transition":
When Custom field="False" => trigger transition from "Feedback" to "Open" status in JIRA
What is happening now is that the custom field is changed to "False" but the JIRA issue status is still stuck in "Feedback" status until I do an update in the issue user Interface after what it changes to the appropriate status that is "Open". if this user interface update is not done the status is not updated.
is there a way to make this status update automatic without having to manually update the user interface of the JIRA issue ?
